My name is James Macdonald and I was born despite my parents best attempts at not having any children.

I have worked with music and played in bands from the age of sixteen.

Although my true roots are in Country Musicians like, Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings, Bobby Bare, and from Western Musicians like Tex Ritter. I have a general love of music and the performance of it.
Time has taken it's toll though and Arthritis in every joint (including the finger joints and my knuckles) make it impossible for me to play the guitar now but I get by with my keyboard, just....

I have had a lot of fun and a lot of heartbreak following my desire to become a musician and entertainer but I still think I have the best job in the world despite the fact I will never be a rich man financially but my music will always be with me.
